This isn’t a prefab, one-size-fits-all course — it has a real curriculum and structure, but it’s guided personally, the way an apprenticeship is. Every class adapts to how you learn, what you’re most drawn to, and how you intend to use what you learn, whether that’s transforming your own home, adding a new skill to your professional practice, or building a second income stream.

Kim’s method is genuinely singular: traditional feng shui principles woven together with psychology, color therapy, biophilic design, and Native American study — including Shamanic Astrology and the Seneca medicine wheel of peace, passed down through her mother’s lineage as a keeper of that tradition.

How it works
Kim teaches primarily as private, one-on-one instruction — the most effective way to go deep — though small private groups (friends, colleagues, or a team) are always welcome. She also works directly with real estate brokerages and design firms to train an entire team at once.
