Trend alert encompasses special finds from artisans, innovative designers, unique design ideas, and inventors from around the globe. I am always on the look out for the best of the best and there are so many incredible ideas out there to share. People are coming up with mind blowing work whether it be rare finds that you have to be “in the know” for or ideas that have become popular to the masses.
For me, a trend alert is not so much what is a “fad” at the moment, but what is gaining interest within the the trend setting circles from many different types of artistic communities throughout the world. I am always aware of what is hot right now, but pay special attention to what will be classic items that will last beyond their “trendy” cycle.
Trend alert will include creative ways to use color, decoration ideas, wall treatments, painting techniques, innovative objects, styles of design, along with many many new ways to create just about anything that can be used in an interior. Trend Alert will bring you inspirational ideas in the fields of interior design, furniture design, sustainable gardening, product design, art and architecture from different cultures.
