How might your home be influencing your inner world of thoughts and emotions? Wellness design strategies have a profound, positive impact on mood and productivity, providing a foundation for life-changing results.

Space for Love | harmonize your love relationship
How can space attract and influence your intimacy? How might your space be impacting you as a couple?

Color Therapy | use color to calm, inspire, motivate
What colors support your personal well-being and sense of joy? Personalized color remedies can affect our mental and emotional state of balance.
Course Description
People tend to have strong, innate opinions about colors they like or don’t like. As individuals, we perceive colors differently. The effects of color are also never the same for every person. Our past experiences may be unconsciously awakened by memories or feelings that involve specific colors. Using color psychology allows me to understand what sensations and memories they may have from various colors.
People can be prescribed colors psychologically to create a desired mood, motivate or spiritual grow. Colors are used as symbols in themselves (for example, indigo blue is a deeply meditative color and used for spiritual development). A thoughtful use of color in design can support emotional well-being and can even provide your best sleep.

Space to Heal | design tips to reduce depression and anxiety
What factors in your home could be triggering stress, anxiety, or depression? Your home reveals subliminal messages that may be influencing your thoughts, emotions and behavior.
Course Description
Is the home that contributes to one’s depression or is the depression responsible for manifesting a cluttered space? It is an important distinction. If depression can change a room’s dynamics, other factors can reshape it also. A Space to Heal provides additional concepts to understand and then act upon how your home manifests emotional well-being.
Environments can create subliminal feelings of isolation and reduce your sense of power. When you feel stuck in your life with excess of belongings that define painful memories the right intervention can support a sense of self-confidence and security. Understanding the root is the first step in figuring out how to shift the problem.
This workshop offers specific tips to cultivate the psychological, spiritual, and energetic benefits of your space. Building an understanding of working with perceptions of space is vital (a large room with the wrong floor plan may swallow up any sense of intimacy; yet smart choices in your home considers how spatial perception can offer a sense of freedom).
A sensitivity to the authentic, true self can allow us to identify and alter discordant design patterns that could obstruct movement into the future.

- How the architectural features, art and other decorative decisions can manifest behavioral patterns and influence our state of mind—affecting sense of joy, relaxation or inspiration.
